2. In view of the application for registration of cooperative societies 1. Application in the prescribed form mentioned in the Cooperative Society Rules.

2. Original copy of treasury challan for registration fee and VAT deposit.

3. Member's National Identity Card and Citizenship Certificate, 01 (one) copy of recent passport size photograph.

4. Undertaking to comply with Co-operative Societies Act, Rules, Bye-laws, Instructions issued by Govt.

5. Accumulated expenses from the start of the organizational meeting to the date of application.

6. Estimated budget for the next 02 (two) years.

7. 03 (three) copies of the proposed by-laws signed by the members.

8. Minutes of organizational meeting.

9. List of Shares and Savings Sectors along with Deposit-Expenditure Statement and Certificate regarding maintenance of stock in hand.

10. Undertaking to open an account in the name of the society in any scheduled bank within 2 months after registration of the society. Registration fee Rs. 300/- and 15% VAT of registration fee Rs. 45/- to be deposited in the government treasury by treasury bill. In case of project cooperatives, registration fee is Rs. 50/- and 15% VAT of registration fee is Rs. 07/50 by treasury bill. Deposits have to be made to the government treasury. 07-60 days Md. 3. Inspection of official documents for inspection within 07 days of receipt of application

6) An order canceling the registration of a co-operative society provided that documents containing special rights under sections 123, 124, 129 and 131 of the Evidence act 1872 shall not be inspectable. 5. Original copy of audit fee deposit receipt challan 1) Based on the annual audit report, the audit fee is determined as per rule 107.

7. Budget Approval of Cooperative Society After approval of the proposed budget according to the agenda by following the prescribed procedure of the annual general meeting of the Cooperative Society, the application shall be submitted to the District Cooperative Officer by the authorized person or persons through the Upazila Cooperative Officer. 8. Distribution of Dividend above 75% of the Cooperative Society Application of the Management Committee of the Cooperative Society Any cooperative society wishing to distribute dividend above 75% of the net profit to the members shall require the approval of the Registrar.
